Overview:
The largest apartment of 134 Sq meters on the 1st floor features 3 spacious and stylish ‘English Country Home’ styled Double Bedrooms with original features of double wooden doors. A huge living room, with fireplace has a bright southern aspect leading onto a beautifully designed bespoke stylish English fully equipped kitchen, with everything you could wish for. The brand new spacious bathroom has a walk in shower and English standing bath. The entire apartment has been fully painted and decorated in December 2021 & February 2022.
The Details
HANDCRAFTED- Villa Rosa Residence is brimming with original elements that just scream craftsmanship. From the unique aged brass door hardware to the beautifully restored oak floorboards and the replica wooden windows and original double doors throughout. All of this comes together in this elegant and grand sitting room, crowned with a magnificent central chandelier, this apartment is long on character. To add to this we brought in elements that enhanced the handcrafted feel of the home from our world travels. Hand-carved buffet from Provence, Glass covered Door- Coffee Table from the Middle East and Gothic Side Board from Italy.
